Ascott Makati, Somerset Millennium Makati, Somerset Olympia Makati and Somerset Salcedo Makati—four serviced residences operated and owned by Ascott International in the Philippines—recently held their annual fire and emergency evacuation drill as part of the observation of the Fire Prevention Month.

The management and staff got hands-on re-training from the Makati City Fire Department on proper evacuation procedures and how to put out fire.

Safety and security are key critical operational priorities of Ascott.

“Ascott International provides an environment that assures the safety and security of its residents, staff and business partners. We hold the local safety guidelines in highest regard and coordinate with the local authorities to ensure the stringent implementation of these procedures,” Ascott country general manager Arthur Gindap said.
