Forest Parkhomes North in Angeles City

Robinsons Land Corp. is putting up a 7-hectare middle-income residential subdivision in Angeles City, Pampanga, , via a joint venture with Don Pepe Henson Enterprises Inc.
The project is a Mediterranean-inspired master-planned community named Forest Parkhomes North. It will offer a total of 277 lots, with sizes ranging from 150 to180 square meters.
Among the amenities of Forest Parkhomes will be a gate and guardhouse, gazebo, playground, multi-purpose play court, activity center, centralized water and drainage system, perimeter fence and landscaping.
The property development will be conveniently located near Robinsons Place-Angeles and the Clark Special Economic Zone, only 45 minutes away from Metro Manila through the North Luzon Expressway.
Buyers have the option of choosing from the newly-launched Robinsons Dream Homes Collection and having the RLC build it for them.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, RLC said Forest Parkhomes will be its fifth project in Pampanga.
