Metro Manila or the National Capital Region (NCR) ranked seventh among 132 climate change “hot spots” in the Southeast Asian region, with Central Jakarta in Indonesia as the top spot, a study conducted by international research organization Economy and Environment Program for Southeast Asia (EEPSEA) showed yesterday.
