Socialized housing to rise in Bulacan

Hausplus Ventures Inc. was recently granted a development permit by the city government of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, for the construction of a socialized mass housing project in San Jose del Monte.
According to Johnson Lim, president of Hausplus Ventures, the project called “Villa Annapolis I” is an eight-hectare socialized mass housing project that Hausplus that will benefit the lower income bracket of the community and making home ownership more affordable.
“It is a great privilege for HausPlus Ventures, Inc. to share in the grand dream that every Filipino family should have a home they can proudly call their own. We are very happy to announce to your good office that we will be launching Villa Annapolis I – an 8-hectare socialized housing subdivision located at Barangay Dulong Bayan, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan,” Lim said.
Villa Annapolis I is expected to provide comfortable and decent shelter to some 1,100 families who have been dreaming to have affordable houses.
The construction of the raw houses is expected to be finished in two years. Hausplus has entered into a partnership with the Pag-IBIG housing program for the housing project.
“This project is in support to our national government’s stimulus package to pump prime our national economy to hedge against the global economic recession by spurring local economic activities; by means of our modest effort by way of providing very affordable houses to the lower economic sectors of our society and to contribute to the economy of the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan,” Lim added.
Grand Launching of the Villa Annapolis I will be on August 17, 2009 at the project site in Barangay Dulong Bayan.
The program shall start at about 10 a.m. and should end promptly at 11 p.m.
