The Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has approved in principle $195-million mixed loans from France’s export credit insurance agency or COFACE (Compagnie Francaise d'Assurances pour le Commerce Exterieur) with BNP Paribas and Calyon Credit Agricole.
